HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Juniper Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
