HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
