HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
