HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
