HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
