HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
