HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
