HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
