HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Nova Bright Early Learning runs childcare centres in Detroit caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
