HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group is a Detroit property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
