HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Field Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
