HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Detroit, MI)

Summit Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Detroit with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
