HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak North Property Management manages apartment communities around Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
