HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
