HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Analytics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
