HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 625 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
