HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Des Moines with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
