HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Drift Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
