HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Ridge Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
