HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Summit Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Denver. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
