HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
