HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
