HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
