HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Denver area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
