HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
