HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
