HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
