HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
