HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Denver with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
