Greenridge Cobalt Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
