HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Silverline Loom Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
