HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Redstone Mill Freight is a Denver logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
