HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Silverline Cedar Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
