HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Lakeside Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
