HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments.
