HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
