HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Meridian Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
