HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Pine Press is a printer and publisher in Dallas serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
