HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Willow Property Management Group is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
