HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Pike Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
