HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Ridge Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
