HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Summit Bridge Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 819 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
