HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Nest Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
