HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Nest Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
