HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
