HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
