HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Clear Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
