HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Columbus focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
