HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Wilder Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
