HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
